Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:While the a/c was FINALLY repaired, it shouldn't take almost WEEKS for this to happen! Anchor Realty showed little to no concern for my health and well being and after I complained repeatedly about the situation, refused to return my calls, texts or emails.I find this both unprofessional and VERY ignorant on their part

Dear Mrs. [redacted],In response to the attached complaint, please consider the following. The tenant is breaching her lease in vacating the property on 4/30/16. She was told that we would talk to the owner about possibly refunding her deposit, however, given the breach, the owner declined our request. Although the Customer is liable for on-going rent, as a courtesy to her, we decided not to pursue this debt any further.

Dear [redacted],In response to the attached complaint, please note the following:This tenant is still in the unit, therefore a request for the return of her deposit is currentlynoot, Furthermore, she is scheduled for Landlord/Tenant court on 67/17 for nonpayment of rent in the amount of $1,252.50. She did give notice to vacate on or before6/1/17, however, by doing so she would be in breach of her lease, given that her lease term doesn't end until 10/31/17.s[redacted]

Hi! Yes, I feel like their lackadaisical response to everything certainly ran me out of my apartment.  I am also leaving by June 1st and they are saying they will not refund me anything, including my last month's rent that I paid up front because I am leaving before...

October.  I signed a 1 year contract back in 2014.  Now, I can leave any time I want, so long as I give 30 days notice.  So I am owed something back.  I have had so many problems in that house.  My sewage pipe burst and ruined half of my belongings, all they did was have someone sweep in front of the drain outside.  My steps are still crumbling!  I am having a moving company move me in two weeks.  If someone falls in that process, they are getting sued.  My basement steps were extremely wobbly.  The maintenance man literally screwed a hole in a piece of MY furniture to attach to the steps for support.  They ruined my furniture.  Everything.  I am owed something in return. These scam artists need to learn how to run a company.. .and that is not it.
