We are very sorry to hear that this issues came up It is very simply a case of this file not being completed in our internal process The things that were overlooked were sending the customer the warranty documents, the inspection with with the City of *** ***, and the final
invoice was not sent nor was it collected We are now in contact with the customer this sorted out The Warranty and final invoice have both been sent and the permit with the city has been pulled Also the permits amount that was paid by owner has been refunded on the invoice and subtracted from the remming balance due I hope this resolves any issues

I responded to Jeramiah  and he left no message of  no relevance other than questioning whether I had received the contract. He will not explain a reason for the contact when asked why he is calling or texting or emailing except for that reason...He stated that he wanted to discuss the matter by phone but then I have no evidence of the conversation and I requested he email. He should be able to provide resolution options by email or text if he is serious..thank you
