very positive experience, an estimate was supplied with explanation of problems and products to be used, answered all questions about our new roof, left our grounds and landscaping unharmed and clean We found Anchor Roofing to be professional, honest and reliable

This is the first I am hearing about this
Mrs*** never called me and said anything was wrong
We did a two day job for her almost a year ago
Now she is trying to make a claim with the Revdex.com to try and get money back?!
She paid myself and my helper an agreed price BY THE HOUR
I
connected her with the licensed and bonded electrician that I use who came over the same day and did excellent work and she paid him directly
I gave her receipts for all the materials purchased
This is a bogus claim with accusationsWe left there on good terms with the owner

Anchor Roofing repaired two areas on my roof for a total $900.00 in July and November. Both areas are still leaking. [redacted] the owner agreed to fix two separate leaks in my roof. One being in July 2013 and the other November 2013. Each repair was $450.00. The agreement was that he knew where the issue is and that it would be no issue in fixing the leak. He agreed that if later that if they did leak again that he would repair them, but he didn't see any reason that it should happen (he guaranteed his work and was insured). On 27 November 2013 we had a huge amount of rain. During this time I noticed that I had the same leaks as the last time. I called him about the issue and this time he told me it would be an additional $550.00 to fix the leak. He told me the leak was due to another area. However I have the same are leaking inside the house. I went into the attic and the leak is coming from the same place. He told me that it was due to poor roofing and nails coming up. However during any of the repair work he never once mentioned any other issue with my roof all he told me is the leak is fixed and I will not have any leak. I have called him and left text messages and he will not answer my phone calls or text messages. I have had two different roofing business come to the house and tell me that he did not properly seal the area and the roof is in good condition.Desired SettlementAt this time I want my $900.00 back, so I can hire someone dependable to fix the leak. If this is not done within the next week then I am taking him to small claims court and will request him to pay the $900.00, plus the cost of the next business that I hire to fix the leak and damage to the ceiling and walls in the house and the cost to take him to small claims court.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone:[redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]I repaired his new roof that someone else installed.I repaired one side leaking in the summer,it stopped leaking. He was happy.then he had a new leak on the other side of his roof,he had me repair that leak.the original roofer that installed his roof didnt put the nails in corectly ,he has approx, ten thousand nails.NEW ones are leaking.ON my contract states no warranty on repairs.Since I did not install this whole roof.[redacted] 12-17-2013 my thirty second year in businessFinal Consumer Response He is correct on being happy after the 1st repair. I had no leak for 4 months on that area that he repaired and once I did I only wanted him to fix what he said he fixed the 1st time. I had 2 different roofing companies come to my house and tell me that he did not repair it properly. The exact same areas are leaking. All he did was put caulk on each shingle in a 10X10 area around each leak. I have photos to show this. Also on his response that his contract states no warranty on repairs is not the truth. His contract which I have states, "All material is guaranteed to be specified, and the above work to be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications submitted for above work and completed in a substantial workmanlike manner". The 1st repair lasted 4 months without leaking and the 2nd repair didn't even last a month. I have copies of his contracts and pictures showing the work. Also his voice mail states that he has taken care of the leak. Lastly, if the roof was in such bad state he never disclose this on the contract.Final Business Response NO WARRANTY ON OTHER PEOPLE ROOFS,THUS IT STATES ON MY CONTRACT ; NO WARRANTY ON REPAIRS
