In reference to the above mentioned complaint, Anchor Sales and Service went to Mr*** residence again on Friday, September at 1:PM in the afternoon and moved the building to his satisfaction

Review: I purchased a 10x12 carriage house storage building from Anchor Sales on or about August 20, 2014. [redacted] (I do not know his full last name) said that the building would have to be ordered and the building should arrive within 1-2 weeks.

On or about Monday August 25, 2014, I received a phone call from [redacted]. He told me building would be ready for delivery either on Thursday August 28th or Friday August 29th. I requested my building to be delivered on Thursday.

The building arrived on Thursday afternoon. The driver was unable to get the building "straight" in line with driveway/house. The driver quoted that "nothing around here was straight for him to line building up with". The driveway and house both are straight. After several failed attempts to straighten building up, the driver left frustrated that he could not get the building straight. And after he slammed his level down on the floor of the building out of frustration, I was glad to seem him leave. I called [redacted] after he left and was told he'd send someone back on Monday or Tuesday to straighten the building. I expected the building to be straightened on Tuesday or Wednesday, since Monday was Labor Day. My wife called and spoke with [redacted] on Thursday September 4th at 4:34 pm and was told someone would be by on Friday to take care of the building.At 2;09 pm, on Friday my wife called [redacted] to see what time he thought someone would be by to straighten building She was told by [redacted] "the driver had gotten held up and that he would call him to see what time he could get by there and call her back". She nor I heard anything back from anyone at Anchor Sales. At this point I am beginning to get frustrated. I have paid close to $3,000 for a storage building and unable to use it. On Saturday, September 6th, I called Anchor Sales once again. I explained the situation with the receptionist who answered the phone and told her "I wanted to be able to use the building and was getting tired of waiting for someone to come straighten it and to tell [redacted] to just send someone to pick it up and and send me a refund.She quickly got [redacted] on the phone. He then gave me the excuse of not sending someone to straighten up building because he wanted to wait until they delivered another one this direction. ??? So now I am waiting on someone else to purchase a building that lives "my way"!!?? Who knows how long that could be!! And why did he not tell my wife that on Friday?!? I waited another 4 business days. Still no word from Anchor Sales and Services. I called on Thursday Sept 11th and asked to speak to [redacted] . I was told he was unavailable. I asked to speak with [redacted] (the owner). I was told that 'no one was allowed to speak with him in person or on the phone". I was then transferred to [redacted]. I ONCE AGAIN explained my total dissatisfaction with my purchased and told him to just come get the building. He told me he could PROMISE me that would NOT happen and HUNG up on me!!Desired Settlement: For Anchor Sales and Service (???), to come and remove building from my property and to credit my credit card in the amount of $2,842.05. I have made multiple attempts to rectify this situation with no avail.

I have contractors waiting to gravel my driveway and wanted the building in place BEFORE they began their work.
