A sales rep for this company stopped by once and was told we were not interested in an alarm system. He proceeded to make an unsettling stare at the homeowner while getting back into his car. When a message was sent to the company to report this sales rep making the home owners unsettled, he returned and was aggressive and confrontational and left us feeling unsafe in our own home.
As the owner of Anchor Security Service Inc, I spoke to the affected individual to express my regret in how the sales rep conducted himself. I also informed her that the rep had been reprimanded and would no longer work in the area in which she lived, to which she expressed gratitude and relief. Thanks, ***Anchor Security Services
