 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
1.  The main roof on the house was installed in 2005 (I have the receipt) and the work they did was in 2013.  I can't figure out how to attach a copy of the receipt.    I have pictures of both the receipt and the work that they did.  I cannot figure out how to attach them to this message.2.  They have still not acknowledged that they did not install the sink vent for the kitchen, which I sent pictures to you.  Regards,
[redacted]

ln response to [redacted]In July 2015 [redacted] signed a contract to build a horse barn from scratch on a piece of property that was partially cleared. The agreed price range was no more than $23,000 (what [redacted] had to give). To begin the work it was required that the land be cleared...

properly by a licensed excavator. The total amount of excavation work came out to $5,300.00. After the property was cleared, the building area was filled with stone and leveled out. A 4,000 lb, concrete slab was poured and leveled before installing the proper framing of the outside walls. After the completion of the framing we then installed the overhang to the entrance of the barn (as specified in contract and plans) and began building the interior walls. After the basic framing of interior walls was completed, we installed the .026 gage green metal roofing system to the entire roof and overhang sections of the proposed barn. The millwork that was mentioned in the outcome/settlement asked of by [redacted] was used for all of the framing of the barn. Thus far our company has exceeded the amount of $19,000 in labor and material. [redacted] had asked us on numerous occasions not to come back on her property because she chose to continue the project with another company. As we see it, our work was completed and we are still owed money for material that we are willing to scrap and move on.

2/17/2015[redacted] was a previous customer of ours (Tristate roofing). Tristate roofing installed a new flat roofing system to one of the two roofs of the [redacted]'s home. Three years later, [redacted] called the phone number formally known as Tristate roofing, currently known as Ten LLC, and asked if...

the 25 year labor warranty still applied, in which case it does. This warranty includes all labor done by tristate roofing employees only and clearly states that it only includes the section or part of the roof we had a contract with. It also clearly states that it is immediately void when another contractor or business works on theinstalled a shingle roof over the flat roofing system we had installed in 2013. Therefore our labor warranty is void. On top of voiding the warranty, the company improperly flashed the roof causing the roof to leak. This is not Tristate roofing's or TEN LLC's problem or responsibility. I have attached pictures of the work that was done over the roof installed by us. It is a very unfortunate situation for the [redacted]s but the situation is truly out of our hands.Kind Regards ,
