At this time, I have been contacted directly by Anchor Strategy regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The business continues to be late with responses and was a no show for a meeting they requested we conduct to hash through the issue I have requested a resolution suggested by my accountant but the business continues to push back on it and is refusing to return my fees They are now saying they will get my books today but have not indicated if they are planning to follow the proper procedures nor update the quickbooks file provided In the event what they provide has not followed the proper procedures as signed off by my accountant, I want a refund for the services which have not been properly performed and have caused me to have to get the work redone In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Review: I entered into a service agreement with Anchor Strategy Group, LLC on 1/**/2013 where they would manage accounting and bookkeeping services on time for my business in exchange for a monthly fee and one-time set-up charge. They were trained by my accountant to ensure proper procedures, management of my books would be conducted, and required reports would be submitted to myself and franchise on time each month. They have been consistently late despite monthly and repeated reminders about due dates, non-responsive and not performed services and agreed to in our contract. SpecificallyOver the period of service they have been consistently 2 to 3 months behind in preparing my books and submitting records to the franchise which has resulted in significant fees. Additionally they have been late in submitting New York Sales Tax reporting which has also resulted in the government levying significant fees and fines. Whats worse they lied and said they were working with the govt to resolve the fine but when I spoke with the govt, they had no record of hearing from anyone at Anchor Strategy therefore they are now lying on top of everything else. After showing the email treads which illustrated I had done best efforts and Anchor Strategy was neglect, they agreed to waive fees under the condition Anchor Strategy no longer covers this service which is included in our services agreement.Lastly, an audit from my long-term accountant showed they have not been managing the books as trained and agreed to in the contract so I have had to incur additional costs to have my accountant and tax preparer correct my books in order to have them match the tax returns and they will have to redo the books from Jan. 2014 to now in order to get them back into proper shape. I have tried on several occasions to work with them to resolve these matters but they have stopped returning my emails, calls or texts.Desired Settlement: $3100.00 in total refund, covering$400 for one-time set-up fee given they never properly set-up the books to provide proper services as trained$450 for the late submittal payments I have incurred from my franchise spanning 9 months (Oct. 2013 to June 2014)$2250 for 9 months of services which were preformed incorrectly despite payment and were repaired by my accountant to submit 2013 Tax returns and will need to be redone to bring my books back to proper form for 2014.
