We take customer concerns seriously, including "As-Is" vehicles.  Although there is no record of this customer having come back to our service department we will look into the customer's concerns and contact him directly to resolve the situation.

We take all customer concerns seriously and stand behind the vehicles that we sell and service.  In this case the vehicle developed an internal transmission failure days after the customer took delivery of the vehicle.  This was undetectable during the mechanical evaluation performed...

before the sale.  That being said we provided a free rental vehicle for the customer to use while we replaced the transmission in the vehicle free of charge.  We apologized for the inconvenience and the vehicle is operating as it should at this time.

I have spoken with [redacted] and her husband [redacted] and we have come to a mutual agreement that satisfies both parties.  She intends to close/rescind her Revdex.com complaint.
