Plates title and everything have been transfered to buyer a while back

my mail everyday for two months straight with nothing coming in the mail. I received the plates within 90 days of purchasing the truck in September. I paid the balance of what I owed in February 2017. Kept waiting for the title to come thus the reason for me to call them several times regarding this. And now it’s been almost a year since I paid off the truck and I still don’t have the title. Plus they never did give me the grill that they said goes with the truck.
