Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: No matter what my past may be it doesn't give the right for the business to take my payment and break our contract off of assumptionsI understand the no refund policy, but I left involuntarily and not in my own choosingI have not been arrested or charged with a theft from abjj, so to say I have prior theft chargesand using that as grounds for my expulsion is discriminationMy record should have no effect on my ability to train.Sincerely,*** ***

I would like to start out by saying we have been in business for years without any thefts from our facilityThe last classes that Mr*** attended our instructors had items stolen from there gym bags...cash and credit cardsMr *** is currently is currently under investigation by the APD
for the thefts and has prior records of theft with the Alaska Court SystemSince terminating his membership we have had no further instances of theft at our facilityAnchorage Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has a no refund policy
