Good Morning,My name is Angelina K [redacted] and I spoke with you earlier today regarding complaint [redacted] After reviewing guest [redacted] folio in our system and speaking to a representative from our transaction processor, I have found and confirmed that separate credit cards were provided to the hotel and there was a charge of $and a charge of $to one of the cards and then there was a refund of $and $to the other card providedSo after all of the transactions completed, the guest was charged on one card and refunded in full to another cardThere were no over charges.If you have any further questions please feel free to give me a call at [redacted] Thank youAngelina-- Anchorage Downtown Hotel [redacted] Anchorage AK [redacted] @gmail.com

the hotel and there was a charge of $400.96 and a charge of $200.48 to one of the cards and then there was a refund of $400.96 and $200.48 to the other card provided. So after all of the transactions completed,  the guest was charged on one card and refunded in full to another card.
