Although the complaint was filed against Anchorage Plumbing & Heating, the warrantyis a factory warranty and is something we have little control overI have sent along
thefactory denial which states that the leakage was not a manufacturing error but rather dueto the customer not having maintenance done on the unit.After long discussions with the factory rep about this warranty, and ultimately sittingdown with his boss in my office, I made it clear how uncomfortable it makes me to be putin a position where our long time customer is made to feel like we are not standingbehind the product that we sold him.At some point the representative has had a change of heart and has decided that they willin fact honor the warrantyThis case has therefore been resolved to the satisfaction ofMr***, and Anchorage Plumbing and Heating IncI have included documents to showthat his credit card has been credited for the cost of the water heater.If you have any questions regarding this matter feel free to call.SincerelyGerald B***Anchorage Plumbing & Heating Inc
