that she was not happy with local room.(3pm) So we upgraded room to third floor which is our reservation room without extra charge($110+tax per night room).She tried to have extra guest who like to help and decorate the room for her boyfriend so we waived extra guest fee of $20 as well. When we changed room, Ms.[redacted] was happy about room did not complained about room.All our hotel rooms are nice and clean. We did not have any complain this year except Ms.[redacted] through your site.Even Ms [redacted] did not complained about the room. Around 6pm, Ms. [redacted] tried to remove our fire alarm smoke detector from her room to smoke.So whole hotel rang fire alarm extremly loud and made all other guest suprised and scared.In case of false alarm, or any incident related to intentinal purpose of violation, we charge $100 of instant fine.It is writen on the wall of our hotel. Instead of charging them $100 fine, hotel front desk clerk and manager warned and remind them not to touch the fire system. At night, they got drunk and fight. They left room full of beer cans. Ms.[redacted] is under 21years.They left hotel late night refused leaving room keys to front desk.So front-desk clerk was not sure whether they are checking out or come back.(Many cases of obtaining their keys, usually the guest come back and complete their stay due to high prices of other hotel) We kept the room 2 days.They never checked out and never returned keys 3days later, her boyfriend came by and seeking for refund at least one day.I was at the front desk in that shift, I tried to explain to her boyfriend about fire alarm violation and upgrade room &extra guest waiver story.In addition we have 24hour cancellation policy for the room.Also her minor age and got drunk without parents permission(She is under 21years). He understood and walked out. THey stayed entire day and out for party and left hotel without returning their keys. We did not sell their room for 2 days.When housekeeper open the room to clean, room never got decorated for her boyfriend but full of beer cans and trash.
