As we have already numerous times tried to reach out to this guest, they would see that the full refund has already been issued and this is no longer a problem.--

I finally received an email from Super 8(just received 7-25-16) with written proof they refunded money. So I am closing my claim and thanks for the help you gave me.Sincerely, [redacted]
