Review: On April 25, 2014, I purchases 2 orders of filet mignon as well as an order of flounder and chopped beef steaks. on 5/1, finally received a return phone call from [redacted], the sales rep ([redacted]). Had tried 2 of the filet steaks and couldn't even eat them ... no flavor and extremely tough even though they were cooked according to [redacted]'s instructions. They were not filet and a cheap cut of beef trimmed to look like filet. [redacted] told me he would make amends with replacement meat. Had not heard from him and could not contact him as his voice mail box was full on 5/27. On 6/10, was able to leave a message for [redacted] to call back. On 6/11, left a message with [redacted]'s boss ([redacted]) and to date (6/23) have not heard from either.

It appears that neither [redacted] or his boss will return our calls!Desired Settlement: the total for the order was $100. Request a refund in cash of $50 as [redacted] had 'coupons' which brought the cost of the order down from $150.
