Review: I ordered some paintball equipment before Christmas - I didn't need it for Christmas but they had a sale on something I wanted so I ordered it for myself. There was a glitch on the billing that zerod out my order and only charged me for shipping. Order went through and was charged to my credit card, no shipping notice was sent out. After 10 days I asked about the order and was told "There was a glitch and you shouldn't have been charged." I replied that I had been charged and was disputing it with my credit card. At this point email responses became less frequent. Company agreed that I there was an issue on their end and offered to make good with some free product, I suggested that they give me a discount and ship me what I actually ordered. They agreed this was a good course of action and suggested a 15% discount. Then no notice from them for days. I asked if they were going to send me a promo code for the discount or how else to reorder what I wanted. There was no response from them for weeks so I'm posting here.Desired Settlement: Ideally, I'd like what I ordered at the discount which they suggested. Since it seems unlikely that will actually happen, I'm posting here to warn other people to be careful.
