For nearly a quarter of a century, Ms. S[redacted] has been honored to have had many thousands of happy and satisfied clients from all walks of life, including celebrities, political figures, judges, doctors, directors, CEO's, athletes, etc...from around the globe. Clients often refer her to their friends and family, and return themselves. Their testimonials on her website AncientStardust.com as well as other sites speak highly of her and the integrity of work she does. Many consider her one of their best kept secrets, and she takes their confidentiality seriously. Her body of articles, columns, as well as numerous appearances on [redacted], and more speak for themselves. Ms. S[redacted]’s services are listed on her website, as well as the clear and conspicuous policies regarding the use of the website and the services she offers. Ms. S[redacted] provides phone readings by appointment and distance healings, along with her award winning meditation products. Ms. S[redacted]’s work as a Psychic and Channel for Healing is well-regarded. Ms. S[redacted] specializes in interpreting the Akashic Records, which contrary to how it may sound, are not the NYEX yellow pages. The records are an energetic history of the soul which practitioners such as Ms. S[redacted] access on the etheric stream in order to assist clients. The records are not a published physical book.   The Akashic Records are where an individual’s life theme’s, life purpose, past lives, and things of this nature can be known. Not all information contained in the Akashic Records is meant to be revealed, whether because the soul in question is not meant for the knowledge or whether it is not the right time for the knowledge to be shared; Ms. S[redacted] has no control over what information is revealed.  If the information is not meant to be learned, it will not be revealed nor does Ms. S[redacted] make any claims or representations otherwise. On Ms. S[redacted]’s website in her description of her services regarding readings, Ms. S[redacted] states the following:    “Laura has been working as a  professional psychic and channel for over twenty-two years. She  has been doing readings for clients all over the world via phone . She does not need to be with a client in order to pull up their chart, see their Akashic Record info, past lives, meet their guides, or perform a health scan.”   Ms. S[redacted] does not make any representations on her website or in any of her marketing materials for that matter, that she has the ability to reveal information that is not meant to be known, nor does she make any promises regarding the information that is revealed.  Ms. S[redacted] also does not make any type of claims or representations that she can for example, provide the identity and/or names of individuals who may have harmed, hurt, or abused someone and/or murdered a loved one.   This customer purchased a 60 minute phone reading on July 20, 2017 on Ms. S[redacted]’s website, through the online payment portal. In order to complete this transaction, the customer had to affirmatively accept and agree to the terms and conditions of the services prior to purchase.  The customer’s reading was conducted on August 2, 2017 in Ms. S[redacted]’s cyber conference room. During her recorded hour session, the customer’s two pages of questions were addressed, and the customer’s demeanor was entirely affirming, and positive throughout the session. In fact, at every checkpoint, where Ms. S[redacted] asks clients things like: “How are they doing with that?, Is that clear? Can we move to another question now? or Do they need more time with a particular area? Let me know if we need to go back...or if something new occurs to you to please ask”.  At each place that Ms. S[redacted] asked a question, the customer responded with nothing but positive responses to Ms. S[redacted]’s inquiries and questions.   Unfortunately, although Ms. S[redacted] was able to see this customer’s Akashic Records, she was unable to get clarity on the specific identity and/or name of the alleged man from her past. Ms. S[redacted] was however, able to see the customer’s Akashic Records, and provided all available information. The customer reported to be pleased throughout the session, responding affirmatively, and also choosing to continue longer than her purchased time by initiating new questions beyond her previously addressed ones. The customer’s session concluded with her thanking Ms. S[redacted]. In no way did Ms. S[redacted] make any false claims or promises about what she could or could not see during the customer’s session.     Ms. S[redacted] is both saddened and sorry this customer now claims she was not pleased or satisfied with her services.  However, Ms. S[redacted] revealed the information she was given and that is the only representation Ms. S[redacted] makes to those clients seeking her guidance. The services offered and provided to the customer were provided adequately, fairly, and in alignment with how the services are represented and marketed on Ms. S[redacted]'s website.  Ms. S[redacted] did not misrepresent the services in any manner or form nor did she fail to provide the services.  It is unfortunate that this customer is now unsatisfied with the services provided to her by Ms. S[redacted] due to the information the customer appeared to be seeking not being forth coming or revealed during the reading of her Akashic records. However, this customer's dissatisfaction with what specific information was revealed or whether she subjectively determined the information was in some way inadequate does negate the fact that the services were validly given and as agreed upon, to the customer following payment for the services.   In sum, the services were provided as represented and within the terms and conditions governing those services.  Ms. S[redacted] has committed no error in her fulfillment of the services at issue nor has Ms. S[redacted] violated any laws in how she marketed, represented, or provided her services.  As such, Ms. S[redacted] has no remedy to offer the customer in order to resolve this complaint.   Best Regards,   Raquel V.
