ANCO offers unreliable and novice garage door serviceHad a second opinion by another company and amazing the difference in care, knowledge, and solution to the actual problemhours after ANCO serviced my garage door, the door drop on my car ANCO claims zero responsibility and must have been other issuesThe 2nd company claims a novice technician would have been able to see the actual problem with the garage doorANCO simply doesn't care....before or after their oversight

Mr [redacted] forgot to leave out a key portion of what transpired between him and our companyHe had an additional problem arise on the early morning hours of July called in to our answering service sometime after 1;very obvious he was under the influence of something.His foul language and judgement seemed incredibly compromised.His duress that evening is why the company did not return to his premises.We were not going to send any of our employees to his house and take a chance of placing them in harms way! In the manner he was speaking to answering service

I called last week to have Anco repair a broken spring on my garage doorThey offered to come out that day to take a look at itThe repairman who fixed the spring was friendly and professionalHe only fixed what was needed and didn't try to up-sell me on anything

ANCO offers unreliable and novice garage door service. Had a second opinion by another company and amazing the difference in care, knowledge, and solution to the actual problem. 24 hours after ANCO serviced my garage door, the door drop on my car. ANCO claims zero responsibility and must have been other issues. The 2nd company claims a novice technician would have been able to see the actual problem with the garage door.
ANCO simply doesn't care....before or after their oversight.
