Review: I recently sent some jewelry items via [redacted] (tracking #[redacted]) to [redacted]. The shipment included 14 karat gold scrap and some sterling silver. On Dec [redacted] it was delivered to Lawrence, NY and signed for by [redacted]. On Jan *, 2016 I received a call from a representative of [redacted]. I was offered substantially less for my gold and silver than was acceptable. I informed [redacted] to return my valuables via [redacted] insured delivery. I have notified them verbally by phone and via email. They told me that I was responsible for return insurance. According to their website, they offer free return shipping. There is no mention of this [redacted] insurance cost. I later received an email stating that my shipment would be returned to me by [redacted] (tracking #[redacted]) in 3 to 5 business days. I also requested that they send me a detailed inventory including photos of my jewelry items by email. No such email confirmation has been received by me as of Jan *,2016. Prior to shipment on Dec **, 2015 I took photos of the gold jewelry using my cell phone. I also sent them an email listing the contents of my shipment. Included in the shipment was 15.8 pennyweights of 14 karat gold and 18 pennyweights of 925 sterling silver. These numbers are according to what they quoted to me by phone on Jan *, 2016. The [redacted] tracking # [redacted] shows that there is nothing in transit as of Jan * 2016 at this time.Desired Settlement: I would like to resolve this complaint against this business. Prompt return of all my gold and silver jewelry items will be the only satisfactory resolution. If this does not occur in a timely manner than I will seek legal action involving the proper Federal and State authorities.

The package was dropped off by [redacted] on the day the seller requested, the seller requested to add additional insurance to the package more then the worth of the package thus instructed that he would need to purchase additional insurance. The package was dropped of in JFK [redacted] station on 1/*/15. the [redacted] system does not update until the package arrives in sorting location in Memphis which takes about 2 (two) days. The seller refuses to talk to us or accept any answers from us, thus deliberately trying to ruin the reputation of our company. For many years we are an accredited Revdex.com business with perfect standings and never had these type of complaints against us. It is our belief that this is our competition trying to sabotage our perfect standings with Revdex.com.

Had positive experience with [redacted]. They sent me a prepaid [redacted] envelope and within a week they called to give me a price for my jewelry.

Review: I sent them my gold on February ** and I know from my [redacted] Tracking Number that it was received on March *, 2015. I have not heard from anyone even after two phone messages (I can't get a real person to answer) and an email.Desired Settlement: To talk with a real person about the gold that I sent and get a fair payout or have my gold returned to me.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. The response by the business was immediate and apologetic. I feel that they gave me a fair price for my gold and I intend to do business with them again and recommend them to others.
