***. We recieved another insurance denial, as patient not eligible at time of service. We then sent Ms*** a statment in the mailThe statement was returned to us as "bad address". We called the patient several times to obtain a corrected addressDue to lack of response, the account was sent to collections on 4/30/The patient then contacted us and provided us with correct billing informationWe again, resubmitted the claim to ***The insurance paid on 6/13/The payment was reported to our collection agency on 7/3/This account is now at a zero balanceThe collection agency, ***, has removed this item from the credit bureau. patient was seen at our facility on two separate dates of service (8/23/and 9/28/16)The patient received three paper statements and two reminder calls to make payment on the accountI show a call return from the patient to our billing office on 10/17/and then again on 3/19/18, the day the patient filed this complaint with the Revdex.comThose are the only calls I show on record, so I assume that the patient may have been calling the collection agencyThe patient made a payment on 3/23/18, leaving a balance on his account. I have contacted the collection agency and we have pulled his account from recordIn addition, we have reported to the credit bureau that this was an error on our part and so his credit should now be cleared. I am rejecting this response because: Its very convenient that your records show only the calls I made to you that you want to show and ignore the reality of what your employees told me to do regarding the $57.00 payment which was to wait and let them figure it out to pay it. I guess it was my stupidity for trusting what you told me to doWhat can I do? You will only lie further to protect your opinion.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Although, I completely disagree with how they say they attempted to handle the matter. I have resolved the issue myself  with the credit management company with no help from x-Ray associates. I refuse to expend any more energy on this. I know the truth & will never use x-Ray associates again for anything. I am sharing my horrible experience with them with everyone possible. They are the most incompetent business office I have had experience with in a very long time.
