Concerning the complaint about our business, we rehung Mr***’s awning the lasttime we had a crew in the areaWe are a small company and have over customers thatwe service regularly.When we takedown a customers awning for storage, we always inspect it and makesure that the awning is cleaned and dried before we store it away for the winterWhen wesend out our invoice, we send out a card for the year to let the customer pick when theywould like it rehung in the spring and when they would like it down in the fall so that wecan get them on a route.When Mr [redacted] returned his card he had picked the first half of October, which wedid and then he called to say he wanted it rehung, which we did as soon as the route thatwas scheduled appliedThank you for your input in this matter

Review: Our canvas awnings were taken down by Ancur at the end of February 2016 from our house to have them cleaned and binding replaced on the porch awnings. We gave them a check for $125.00 (half of the quoted price) and the check was cashed almost immediately by Ancur. They were to re-hang the awnings by end of April. In mid April, we called Ancur just to ask status and when they would be coming out. We called 3 times (April 12th, 15th and 20th). On April 21st, Ancur called and said they would be out the following week (April 25 - April 29). No one showed up. On Monday, May 2nd, I called at 3pm, left message. My husband called again around 7pm, left message asking that they call us the next day (May 3rd). We have not heard back. Bottom line is they have our awnings or have they lost or damaged them?Desired Settlement: We want our awnings cleaned, rebound as noted and re-hung. If Ancur does not have our awnings or they have been damaged they we want compensation for the price to install new awnings. But we would not use Ancur. We would go elsewhere. If we don't get satisfaction, we are prepared to take legal action.

Review: I purchased an new Awning from Ancur Supply and Design co. appox. 2-3 years ago and have been using them for many years to put up, take down and store my previous awning. I had the awning and framing taken down last year for work on my house. I and my architect have both been trying to have the awning and framing put back up since march 2015(currently May 16th). They NEVER answer the phone and NEVER return calls. I went to their stated address at [redacted] today and as far as I can tell it does not exist even thought I put it in google maps. The bottom line is they have my awning, I want it back and I want it put up. I can only assume they are completely incompetent or possibly that they have lost it or damaged it and do not want to deal with that fact.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the awning returned and put up. If they do not respond or cannot locate the awning I would like to be compensated for the price of the awning. After that I will find a different company. If I do not hear from them soon I will consider legal action.
