Regarding the complaint ID # [redacted] for Andali's Family Restaurant, the complaint was resolved the following day to the customer with a cash refund of $34.35 and an apology was offered to the customer. The complaint from the night before was handled by the manager not the owner. The owner has spoken to the manager about this issue, and the owner handled the situation the following day with the customer.
