Review: I ordered food from this restaurant through [redacted]. I asked for my tandoori chicken very mild and ordered a side order of lentil soup and naan bread which I paid extra for. They forgot the bread, the soup had small pieces of something white in it, which was soft like cheese. I have never had a dairy lentil soup and did not want cheese in it so I did not eat it. The chicken was very spicy, too spicy to eat. I called [redacted] which contacted the restaurant which seemed to not want to deal with the problem. The person from [redacted] had to call them back a few times while talking to me. They denied using any spice on the chicken and said there is no cheese in the soup. I assume someone in the kitchen messed up or they are lying. I have eaten at many Indian restaurants and I know what cheese is and I know when something is spicy, because my mouth was on fire each time I tried to eat the food. They refused to give my money back and said they would give 10% that was it.Desired Settlement: Refund of money for the dinner I could not eat: $19.03
