I am rejecting this response because:
The ONLY reason I had the original driveway replaced was because the previous concrete was pitting and crumbling in some spots (albeit after years, not one year like your driveway installation fails)
You NEVER communicated with meI would call or email my concerns with no replyYou would stop by then a month later let me know you stopped by and in your opinion everything was looking fineI had no other recourse but to consult actual professionals since you refused to communicate and meet with meYou hiding behind the fact that I did consult other professionals is laughable
You offering to seal the driveway that is failing so soon is like a used car salesman selling me a lemon then offering me a free oil changeYou still sold me a lemon palThe oil change does me no good
Please see attached photos of what MrAnders believes to be quality workWe'll see you soon

Anders Concrete Inc.’s response to the consumer complaint ID [redacted] is below listed in a timeline.   ·         June 2015 (1st week) Installed new concrete driveway, service sidewalk, and porch cap.  ...

·         January 2016: Received a voicemail from the customer “a crack had surfaced in the driveway near the garage.”  The customer was clearly upset and it was obvious to me that he expected something to be done.  I did not respond because the industry cannot guarantee against cracking.  This was made perfectly clear before Anders Concrete Inc. was awarded the job.  We did not have any contact with this customer for another 14 months and not until another winter (freeze/thaw) period had passed since the installation of the new concrete.    ·         March 1, 2017: 21 months since installation of new concrete Anders Concrete received an email that stated the driveway is chipping.  Randy A[redacted] looked at the driveway on 3/1/17 and what he viewed did not, in his professional opinion, appear to be a weak or failing surface.  Randy and the customer mutually agreed to a scheduled time to meet.  The customer then emailed stating that he needed to reschedule and would be in contact when he was back in town.   ·         April 2017: Anders Concrete received 2 emails from the customer the first was on 4/9/17, wanting to know when he and Randy could meet, and the second on 4/17 that the customer had received counsel from two (2) different cement contractors.     ·         Offered Resolution: A penetrating sealer will stop damaged area from spreading.  A damaged surface does not constitute a weak and/or failing surface.  The customer does not appear to be interested in any resolution other than a complete replacement of his driveway.  A resolution, to which, I must respectfully decline.     Randy A[redacted] President/Owner Anders Concrete Inc.
