Thank you for leaving your feedback Feedback from our customers only helps us improve our servicesWhile we appreciate your concerns, we do not agree with some of the statements that have been made Ultimately, we reiterated several times that we provided you a resource to choose and purchase carpet from and referred you to an installer, and we were not the installer We communicated this to you when you first asked about carpet installation We tell anyone that asks that we can refer you to someone that installs carpet, but they are not affiliated with us and are independent contractors The only reference to the carpet installer in our “Contract for Hardwood Installation” (copy attached) is that you pay him directly The Contract is all related to the installation of the hardwood floors only You were extremely pleased with the hardwood installation and our ability to make the new hardwood blend so well with the existing hardwood When we were at your home on June 29th, there was not any carpet and pad in your hallway, so not sure if you brought some in later or what The only carpet not laid was for a cabana room that you did not want installed until you had the leaking door fixed I would not consider tack strips to be a “dangerous installation job” as those can be easily remedied by tapping the carpet nails down so they are not protruding through the low pile carpet you had installed You sent one e-mail with pictures on June 21st I responded on June 23rd, telling you it would be the next week before we could come out We came out on June 29thPro Source sent the Inspector out, not us While some of the points on the Inspection are valid, some are not The Inspector never contacted the Installer which is a SOP when performing any flooring inspection If an Inspector does not have any details about the installation, then only partial information is used to create a reportWe communicated with you during this process and as recently as November 2nd when we sent an e-mail offering a good faith resolution, to pay for the carpet and pad (e-mail attached) I called on November 4th to make sure you received the e-mail, and I was told by you that I had to go through your attorney That was our last communication See attached screen shots of phone callsTo our knowledge, there has been no attempt to contact the contractor that installed the carpetWe pride ourselves on our customer service and customer satisfaction Our goal is for every customer to be happy with our services to them

Thank you for leaving your feedback.  Feedback from our customers only helps us improve our services. While we appreciate your concerns, we do not agree with some of the statements that have been made.  Ultimately, we reiterated several times that we provided you a resource to choose and...

purchase carpet from and referred you to an installer, and we were not the installer.  We communicated this to you when you first asked about carpet installation.  We tell anyone that asks that we can refer you to someone that installs carpet, but they are not affiliated with us and are independent contractors.  The only reference to the carpet installer in our “Contract for Hardwood Installation” (copy attached) is that you pay him directly.  The Contract is all related to the installation of the hardwood floors only.  You were extremely pleased with the hardwood installation and our ability to make the new hardwood blend so well with the existing hardwood.  When we were at your home on June 29th, there was not any carpet and pad in your hallway, so not sure if you brought some in later or what.  The only carpet not laid was for a cabana room that you did not want installed until you had the leaking door fixed.  I would not consider tack strips to be a “dangerous installation job” as those can be easily remedied by tapping the carpet nails down so they are not protruding through the low pile carpet you had installed.  You sent one e-mail with pictures on June 21st.  I responded on June 23rd, telling you it would be the next week before we could come out.  We came out on June 29th. Pro Source sent the Inspector out, not us.  While some of the points on the Inspection are valid, some are not.  The Inspector never contacted the Installer which is a SOP when performing any flooring inspection.  If an Inspector does not have any details about the installation, then only partial information is used to create a report. We communicated with you during this process and as recently as November 2nd when we sent an e-mail offering a good faith resolution, to pay for the carpet and pad (e-mail attached).  I called on November 4th to make sure you received the e-mail, and I was told by you that I had to go through your attorney.  That was our last communication.  See attached screen shots of phone calls. To our knowledge, there has been no attempt to contact the contractor that installed the carpet. We pride ourselves on our customer service and customer satisfaction.  Our goal is for every customer to be happy with our services to them.
