I cannot believe that these people are still in business It won't even help to file a complaint because I read what they say to others who had similar BAD experiences
Once the crew came on site they did not lay any tarp down to protect our brick pavers on the lanai, they took the old roof structure down with dangerous and messy methods that left behind a horrible work place, and when they installed the new roof they used caulk that should NEVER be used outside and they never tar taped the entire job
Where they did use tar tape they used a narrow one and it had so many wrinkles in it that allowed leaking that we ended up with more leaks than before the new roof & super gutters
Rude owner, an overworked office manager, and guys in the field who do NOT know what they are doing and do NOT care about customers' satisfaction We tried to get them to fix their work but got the run around just like others have reported
We tell every family and friend to NOT even call them
A few months ago I contracted the services of Anderson Aluminum to replace my Lanai, after the hired services and after provided half of the price of the job and the beginning of the Job, several excuses for not having the Job started but did not have a choice to cancel the project because of time expired for cancellationWhen the job was terminated it was a very good installation, however after a few weeks I started to get a leak and after several complaints by phone and in person, no response at all and the leak is still leaking, almost evident they was ignoring me
This is the main point Anderson Aluminum had to contact the installer and get a time and date for me to be waiting at this time it did not happen that way and apparently the installer get mad at me because he said he visited me and I did not answer the door just because I was not at home and I did not have any knowledge of when the installer randomly will visit me for repair
