Tuesday, morning, 7/14/15, I called to schedule an in home service call I was told that techwould be at my home between 10:- 2:on Thurs7/16/and techwould call before he came At 8:this morning (Wed.) I received a call that my appointment had to be cancelled and they could not reschedule my appointment, at this time, because service truck broke downThis business only has service vehicleI asked when this happened and they said on the last service call yesterday about 5: I asked why no one contacted me, then, and was told that no one was in the office I have contacted another service company and they are sending someone tomorrow

On Saturday I contacted Anderson Appliance Repair (***) and scheduled an appointment to have somebody come out and check out/ fix my washer and dryer Monday, April 13,between the hours of and amAt no one had called or came so I gave the company a call just to see how long it would beThe guy apologized and assured me someone would be there within a half hour and that he would call back in a half hour to make sure someone had arrivedAt 9:am I called again because there was still no one at my house the guy said well ma'am he hasn't even picked up the ticket yet, we will get him to you as soon as possibleAt 10:I called again and a woman named *** answered and apologized and assured me we would get this take care ofI explained to her I had a meeting at that I could not miss and she said she would call back within minutesAt 10:I called and told her I had left my house and asked if someone could come that afternoon she said they could not, but they would schedule me for a the first time slot this morning from 8-and I would be first stop, somebody would call to verify the appointment later in the afternoon4:rolls around and I call the company again and the same woman gets huffy with me saying they are open until and someone will get with me shortly
pm came and went no phone callI waited patiently all morning, April 14,until 10:when I calledI had to call SEVEN times before anyone answered the phoneNo idea where the technician is or when he will be to my house
This company had put a hold on my debit card since I made the appointment on Saturay the 11th in order to "hold my appointment." Thanks to this company I have missed hours of work and still do not have use of my washer and dryerNot to mention I was promised different times that I would get a call back and have yet to recieve one
Do NOT go here if you want honest, reliable, or efficient service

At 8:36 this morning (Wed.) I received a call that my appointment had to be cancelled and they could not reschedule my appointment, at this time, because service truck broke down. This business only has 1 service vehicle. I asked when this happened and they said on the last service call yesterday about 5:30. I asked why no one contacted me, then, and was told that no one was in the office.

I have contacted another service company and they are sending someone tomorrow.
