to conduct repairs based upon our professional diagnosis of major appliances. [redacted] guarantees the work of its subcontractors for 30 days; these were terms that Ms. [redacted] agreed upon when she purchased the service warranty. Additionally, Ms. [redacted] contacted my office to express her dissatisfaction with the service provided by an Anderson Appliance technician 90 days following the repair. Unfortunately, her initial contact was made on December 29, 2014, and because I was out of town for the holidays and she demanded to communicate directly with the owner, I was unable to speak with her prior to the beginning of January. Sadly, Ms. [redacted] escalated the situation on January 5th after my staff initiated the p[redacted]ess to resolve her complaint by making threats to file complaints with the [redacted] and Revdex.com even after she spoke with the co-owner, [redacted]. Following several phone conversations with Ms. [redacted], I sent her a copy of the original work order from [redacted], the Anderson Appliance invoice that she signed stating approval to the terms of the service call, and the enclosed letter in which I made another offer to resolve her complaint. In regard to the service conducted at Ms. [redacted]'s home, [redacted], the technician, evaluated the condition of the dishwasher and informed Ms. [redacted] that the appliance was improperly installed. Specifically,[redacted] stated that there was no wood with the granite counter top to properly install the dishwasher and instructed her to contact the original installer of the appliance. He added that inlet sump hose was disconnected at the manufacturer clamp, and with Ms. [redacted]'s verbal and written consent, he explained the course of the repair, and Ms. [redacted] approved it and asked that he p[redacted]eed. [redacted] reattached the hose and installed a new clamp. Then, he reinstalled the dishwasher back to its original condition that it was in upon his arrival to the property. When the service was completed, Ms. [redacted] was pleased, and [redacted] left her home.Upon receiving my correspondence, Ms. [redacted] contacted my office, and per my directives, my staff setup an appointment for the original technician to inspect the appliance and the alleged damage. To this, Ms. [redacted] responded with belligerence, demanding that the owner and not the technician come to her home while the contractor who installed her dishwasher was present to discuss the matter. My staff explained that [redacted] needed to be present as he was the technician who was privy to the details of the transaction including requests that Ms. [redacted] asked him to fulfill during the course of the service call. Although I agreed to go to her property with the technician, she has been contemptuous and antagonistic and repetitively expressed her dissatisfaction with Anderson Appliance even though I have tried to acquiesce to reasonable requests as a display of good faith.I appreciate your interest in helping us bring this case to a close. Please let me know if you need additional materials to expedite completing your investigation.
