Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Yes they did remove hail damage and paint my car two different colorsBeyond the fact that it took over a month, I was called and told my car was ready to be picked upWhen my husband and I arrived we looked over the carThere were a few things that we pointed out and we were told by [redacted] that the paint needed to set in, not to wash it for weeksAlso he told us that [redacted] needed to finish the last minute touch ups for me to bring it back in weeks, the day that the weeks fell on happened to be a week that [redacted] was on vacation I was told to bring it back on the next weekmy car is my only means of transportation, so yes arrangements need to be made for me to be able to bring my car back for them to do the final clean up of my car, which should have been done before they called me and told me to pick it upAnd yes I was supposed to bring it in but not to be disrespectful but hospice was called in on my dad who has Stage lung cancer and he was dying so I was in Florida for almost a month, at which my car was in the shop getting a EGR valve put on it, which did not cause any damage to my carThe repairs that I am asking for only deal with my paint, since I have a warranty on itThe passanger side panel is orange peeled, the mirror bracket is chipped, there is touch up paint on the trunk, and there is pink streaks in the black paint, there are bondo fingerprints on the passanger door and overspray on all of my windowsEverytime I call them I get a range of excuses, " [redacted] is not here ", " You will need to talk to [redacted] and he is not here ", " [redacted] is the one to give the go ahead for the work, ( I ask to speak to [redacted] and I get ) " He is doing his month end paperwork" and it is the 10th of the month, or they tell you that they will call you back and never call backI dont want alot, I want it cleaned up, they overspray off, and the chiped paint fixed, the paint correct ( there should be no pink in the black ), it is on the back corner panels, the front finder and the trunkAnd I dont think that doing what you had said you would do and hold up your end of the warranty is to much to askAll I can do is apoligize that it was a inconvience to you that my dad died, but that doesnt have anything to do with the warranty that you provided for your workI want my car fixed and it shouldnt take a month Regards, [redacted]

On 10/8/at 9:47AM a complaint with the ID of *** was filed with the bureauThis letter represents our good faith effort to resolve the above mentioned complaint submitted by the consumerOur objective is to provide and assist the bureau in any way possible to achieve an amicable solution
The complainant did indeed bring her car in for repair due to hail damageWe fixed not only the hail damage, we also did a tone paint job, when the customer came to pithe car she was happy about the work that we done on the carThere was a little clethat we need to take care of, we advise the customer to bring the car back in weeks so we can cut and buff the car to make sure the car and the customer was satisfiedThe complainant kept canceling her appointments in July.
Now three months later, the complainant started calling with a list of repairs she wanted us to fixWe tried to be reasonable, in helping the customer, but we can’t control if the customer didn’t have the time to bring the car back to the shopWe tried to be amicable and resolve any issues
Over the elapsed of time the complainant could have accumulated a numerous amount of damage to the car, which has nothing to do with the original complaintAlso any issues the complainant may have had in July would have been an easy fix back then, now it could be a major fix months later in OctoberWe are not liable for any more work to the customer car made in July, once again we’ve giving the customer every chance to resolve this car issues, but the customer kept canceling and were no shows on the agreed appointment dates
We have gone above and beyond to resolve this matterWe really hope this matter could have be resolved amicably and swiftly.
