They Refuse to give us a refund on my extended warrantyAnd keep Ignoring us Me and my Husband purchased a vehicle in [redacted] and then sold it in [redacted] , Called Anderson when we sold it and wanted a refund on our extra purchases through their financing team, and the first time I reached out I left messages with the Finance manager and no response, then I tried reaching out to the sales manager, and he put me on hold and I waited for min then the line went busyCalled several more times over the next month and nothingThen we got very Frustrated and I finally had a day off so I went down there on a Saturday and requested to meet the finance manager in person they were busy and I sat in the waiting room for over an hour and half and then left a another message to reach out to me when they are not so busyFinally in [redacted] I got through to one of the sales managers who said yes we can take care of that I need to send him the odometer disclosure on the time we sold
