No, you do not "purchase" the Family PlanThis is what they make everyone believe but if I do not pay over $each 15,miles than I no longer am eligibleThat's purchasing the Family Plan as I simply would not spend nearly $to service my vehicle (as I take pride in taking care of my car to the fullest) and that is something that never happened with my Nissan AltimaTo be exact, my old Nissan went to 90,miles when a year old totaled itI paid to get all oil changes and tires rotated every 5,miles, bought new tires at 75,miles and battery in it's lifetime of years and 90,milesLet's be honest, who on earth spends $every 15,miles unless you simply treat your car like *** As per your "agreement" that I signed going in to all details that I should have read over Let's time out the day that I purchased the car from [redacted] Mind you this was a Tuesday evening after working all day and having to be back at work at 8:am on Wednesday 6:pm - I had an appointment to come in to see [redacted] to buy the vehicle that I already test drove [redacted] knew exactly what I was doing at 6:pm 7:pm - I finally get to sit with [redacted] as he was with other customersWe sat there while he put together all the paperworkThis took another hour 8:pm - We were put on the list to sit with the financing guys to go over all detailsThere was people in front of us 9:pm - My fiance went to get food because we were still waiting 10:pm - I was informed that I was supposed to be next but an African American gentleman that was after me in line refused to sit with a white finance guy and so therefore skipped me in line to meet with your other African American finance guy 11:pm - I finally get to sit down with the finance guy 11:pm - I finally get to leave the dealership If you can honestly tell me that being in my shoes that anyone would have read over every single detail of the many pages that we went over than you are correctAlso, your finance guy rushed over every detail as well since he had been there all day and was ready to go home too On top of that, part of my "purchasing deal" was getting tint on my windowsAs soon as [redacted] had his sale he didn't bother to answer my calls or get back to meIt took weeks to get tint on my windows that was promised to be done within business daysThey had told me that their tint guy was "unreliable" so they had to fire himHe probably just got tired of dealing with you allSo finally when the tint was put on, there is hair under the tint everywhere but I never said anything about it because no one knows how long that'd take to fix it or the hoops I'd have to jump through to get a halfway decent tint job on my car Then, for your Service department to tell me how terrible he felt because he hears this way too often and that he was brought to your dealership to knock out all of this bologna that you and your salespeople keep feeding everyone Also, the car I purchased had 11,miles on itIt now has 20,and the tires are practically in shredsI am the last person to wear down tires as you clearly saw my track record with my There is absolutely no way that tires that are years old and 20,miles in are practically in shredsThank you for that one too So yes, last time I was there was in April and I promise you that I will never return to your dealership to say the least and the fact that you continue to email me and reply to my comments to try and tell me that I am wrong, when you clearly have no idea any detail or extent of your lying salespeople and dealership, than you really should go find yourself another job out of customer service

June 29, 2016To Whom It May Concern:Thank you for making us aware of Mr [redacted] concern The General Manager, [redacted] has met with Mr [redacted] to have him bring his car into us to inspect We have inspected the car in the presence of Mr [redacted] and there are no signs of frame damage Mr [redacted] was satisfied with the inspection and we gave him $to cover his gas costs I believe this case can be closed at this time If Mr [redacted] still has some concerns, please have him contact [redacted] to further discuss his concerns.Thank you!
