Anderson Automotive Repair

On 11/18/13 our vehicle was involved in an accident. It was towed by Andersons to Andersons. They did not start work until first week of January 2014. Said the repairs would be completed in 2 weeks. Fast forward through a bunch of guaranteed completion dates we were able to get the truck back on 3/28/14! Our final invoice amount was higher than insurance but Andersons said it was correct and to talk to insurance company about it. He told me we can get the vehicle then send a check. But we drove 3 hours to get it and he changed his mind. All around poor experience. I would never go back and I will make sure everyone else knows about our bad experience.
