Review: I'm actually not sure if my complaint would be considered as involving a health issue or not because it involves the delivery of my medications.My complaint is this... The pharmacy is supposed to deliver my prescriptions to my home on Saturdays and this past Saturday I waited all day, putting off errands that needed to be done, and nobody ever came or called. I called the pharmacy several times and they assured me that it was on its way but, as I said, it never came to me. In the past they have always come to my door, which is as it should be, and if I haven't gotten to the door quickly enough they have left it there for me, or taken it to the apartment managers office after first trying to deliver it at my door. They have also called me to let me know they are there, if they've needed to be let in, because I live in a gated community, although they haven't had to call each time. So nothing was delivered to me Saturday and the nobody contacted me to let me know that they had just dropped it off at the apartment managers office. I consider it extremely unprofessional for them to not let me know they had done this, to not have delivered it to my door in the first place as they should have, to keep me waiting all day with no phone call or explanation as to where or what was happening with my delivery... I had to keep calling them and, as I said, I was told it was on its way. And, when I called them today they refused to admit to any wrong doing! It is fortunate that I happened to have some extra pills, because the majority of my medications are psych meds, and if I didn't have those extra meds and had had to go all this time, since Saturday, without the meds I could end up in the hospital! And the lady I spoke to said that they often leave deliveries at managers offices; but that isn't the point. They were supposed to attempt delivery then take it to the managers office if I wasn't home, but I was and nothing. Home delivery is just that; Not leaving the customer wondering where their meds are.Desired Settlement: I want them to take responsibility for their mistake, admit their wrong doing and never do it again, to me or anybody else.

Our drivers are required to call the customer to inform them that they are at their residence and also if there are any issues in trying to deliver (ie. unable to get into gates, unable to reach at the front door, unable to locate apartment). We can assure that this will not happen again to Ms. [redacted] or any of our other loyal customers.
