[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Assumed Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the mobile home had a main line sewer backup to the back porch flooded with raw sewage and smellI notified the home office via email and got no response so I emailed them again letting them know the sewer water was now coming up in front in driveway and they said they would send out a maintenance manA lady came and said that they would send someone to fix it and the smell started coming up through the tub drain so bad that we had to leaveThe lease started February and I paid rent until AugustWe leftimmediately due to my daughter getting sick from sewage smellEverything was packed up Everything and I went to the mobile home to load all furniture and belongings and everything was gone and the place was rerented and the new tenant repaired the main sewer lineI contacted the new park manager who said her husband pushed through the front door and emptied the mobile homeThe new tenant let us have my daughters bed, rug, and a furniture dolly and the New manager of the mobile home park had our outdoor furniture on her deck there was no legal procedure followed to dispose of anythingI was in contact with the home office until Dec and there was no legal eviction process takenI contacted the portfolio manager who said she will get me stuff back if I pay her $The park manager said the portfolio manager is trying to get the New park manager to take the blameThe portfolio manager cursed and said I don't have to listen to the st and hung up after I asked her the date that the sewer line was fixedWe did not abandon the homeWe left everything there except for a bag of personal itemsIf we owed money for rent then we would have gotten a court dateThere was means of communication via emailI am requesting Everything to be returned to me Regards, [redacted]

This is in response to complaint ID [redacted] Previous resident moved in home July 2015.  No payment was made on rents from time of deposit paid in July to current.  We were unable to contact the previous resident and had no choice but to file the abandoned notice and go through the...

process per state regulations.  We filed such paper work and leased the home.  The items in the home were disposed of.  If a resident took them out of the trash we are not responsible.  Some items were located and resident has picked up what was there.  The resident left the home for several months with no rent paid and left owing several thousand in rents.  The home was considered abandoned. Thank you, [redacted]Portfolio ManagerAmerican Family Communities, LLC [redacted] Billing/Invoice Address:[redacted]
