I had Brad G[redacted] with Triad Tradesman repair some water damage I recently had due to a leaking pipe.
I called to get a quote and he came over the next morning, assessed the situation, and had a quote in my
hand that evening. I received 2 other quotes which were slightly less expensive than Brads; however, I
felt that he took the time to really explain what would be done. He started the job within a few days
and did a fantastic job. He showed up on time, was completely prepared, and treated my home like it
was his own. Half way through the job, I made a change and he accommodated with no issues. The end
result looks amazing. I would recommend his work to anyone in need of a home repair.

Brad G[redacted] runs a very professional business. I have asked Brad (owner of Triad Tradesman) to do a host of home repair and construction work and all has been performed exceptionally well. Brad is very good at estimating work and delivering on budget. Most importantly, the work is done at an exceptional high quality level.

Brad Greene did a wonderful job for us. He was very professional, explained everything before starting the work, completed the work in a timely manner, and was very pleasant! We would highly recommend him.

In March, 2016, Brad fixed our front-door frame so that the deadbolt lock once again worked. He also repaired a wind-damaged storm-door so that it again functioned normally and closed tight. He was prompt, friendly, clear. He does exceptional work. He is definitely the person I will hire in the future.

Brad did quality work. He responded to my request for a quote in a timely manner and was able to come to my home to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time. He was polite and easy to work with.

We had Brad G[redacted], the Triad Tradesman, help us do a complete renovation of our garage. It was a water-damaged, decaying structure that we were tempted to tear down. Brad helped make it into an impressive set of rooms. The project turned out far better than we had imagined. Nothing is standard in an old building, and working on one requires a knowledgeable craftsperson. Brad offered suggestions and advice. We were impressed with his expertise, his professionalism, and his patience. Throughout the process he explained options, he considered our needs, and he did the work efficiently and comprehensively. We highly recommend him.

We received a complaint ID [redacted] in regard of a purchase customer did on [redacted] for a Power Washing voucher. We have made several attempts to reach out to customer, first to try scheduling on : Calls From A[redacted] CMS to Mrs [redacted].###-###-####  called and left Voicemail with available  dates 6/09/2015 12:40 PM###-###-####  called and left voicemail with available dates  6/19/2015 10:15 AM

Mrs [redacted] claims not to have a call back from A[redacted] CMS but I assure you that customer service is our top priority. We work with an answering system called Grasshopper that records all calls and we have a secretary to answer and respond to phone calls every morning. On our answering machine we state that all calls will be responded within 24–48hrs. Accordingly to [redacted] Mrs [redacted] voucher has been refunded to her and taken out of my account. All payment transactions are between [redacted] and customer, it is out of our control how refunds are processed. I tried speaking to Mrs [redacted] in an attempt to help her identify the refund already made, but she would not stop yelling and processed to hang up on me after saying to never call her again.
This deal has been sold out but I also offered Mrs [redacted] the same deal through our website and promised to find a date for her.
Please find below some additional information in regard of Refund and Attempt to contact Customer.

Of, if the deal is not currently available, then the customer would not be able to get the service. [redacted] cannot pay you again once a voucher/order has already been officially refunded. We have made several attempts to explain to you by phone that your voucher was refunded. We at A[redacted] CMS did not request or process refunds. All transactions are between customer and [redacted] directly. Your order was deducted from my account by [redacted] payments. Please check your bank account or credit card for the refund amount. If you have difficulty finding which card was used [redacted] can help you identify it.Our promotion is sold out at this moment and we are booked until August. However, we would be happy to provide you services and offer you the same price paid with [redacted]. You can purchase it directly from my website.
We apologize for this inconvenience, but payments and refunds processed with [redacted] can only be dealt with them. It is out of A[redacted] CMS' Control.
