To Whom It May Concern: I am sorry for Ms. [redacted] frustration but whether the report was pulled before or after she signed the credit application is of no relevance because the fact is she signed the credit application which explicitly acknowledges that a credit report could be run. Thank you![redacted]Controller

I am rejecting this response because: my credit was still ran illegally without my consent and now my credit is effected. How do we know my credit was for sure ran the second time after I did sign the consent I actually knew about? If needed, I will get a lawyer. My credit is highly effected but this companies actions. They are liars and scammers.
