I was in for a visit in January of The visit was very poor I then was billed per my insurance and paid the bill amount of $on 3/28/ I have since been billed the exact same amount three times from this company Their billing practices are unethical and they lead to misleading statements I feel they are actively working to get patients to repay these amounts unknowingly to receive higher payoutsThis is something that should be looked into my a larger group

I have been to this facility twice for FAA medicals, and each time there has been an issue where my in office full payment was successfully deducted from my credit card, but they never applied it to the accountThe first time I was able to correct their error because of a statement they mailed to me, but the most recent time I never received a bill from them and they placed me with a debt collection agencyfor 2, I will never be using them again!
