I am rejecting this response because: Not all of this information is true.  I initially contacted Pagni about the problems on the morning of September 5, 2016. I was told someone would be out in a couple of days to clean up the tar all over the cement and that a painter would be contacting me.  We discussed getting it up quickly before it cured completely.  When I didn't hear from anyone, I called again on Sept 8th and I had to start over.
They came out to clean up the tar, but stopped very short of cleaning it up completely.  There is a lot of tar remaining,  they did not even get up 1/2 of it.
They claim they came out again, on 10/7/2016, however, there is no evidence that they came out at all. They did not remove anymore tar from the cement. They said my neighbor with the red pickup saw them there.  I do not have a neighbor with a red truck.  Again, I would have liked to have the opportunity to met them at my house, when they come to work at my house, but they will not call 1/2 hour before,  so you can meet them there.  They said they could not get it off.
Yesterday they came out to cover the lip of cement going into my garage completely with tar so it would look more uniform.  They did a bad job.  There is still some cement showing.
I was to get a refund for the amount I paid for this horrible job and I have not received it yet.  I was told it would be brought over last weekend or it would put under my mat when they came out to do the lip.
If I ever get this check, it will be a small consolation for the permanent defacing of my property that this company did.  I was told by the owner that there isn't anymore they can do.  It is permanent.

To Whom it may concern. I was notified by phone yesterday that I am to send information in regards to a complaint from [redacted]. Complaint number #[redacted] Location [redacted] Crystal Lake IL. We sealed for [redacted] on or around...

09/08/16. She called on 09/11 to let us know that there was sealer on her garage door as well as on her sidewalk. I spoke with her personally that day and told her no worries we can paint your garage door, and we can clean the sealer off the sidewalk. On 09/11 with her permission I gave our painter her information so he can contact her about the garage door. Our painter [redacted] got in touch with [redacted] and arranged to paint her garage door free of charge of course. We paid [redacted] $120.00 without material costs to take care of the garage door for her properly. [redacted] painted her garage on approx. 09/13. As far as the sealer on the concrete sidewalk we sent someone out on 2 separate days to scrub, and pressure wash the sealer off her sidewalk. We were able to remove all of the sealer we got on her sidewalk. There was a small spot of sealer from someone she used in previous years. We tried to wash that off as well since we were there. It will not come off. This is how we know it was from years before. Everything that WE had gotten on her sidewalk came up because we got to it quickly. The spot in question was not cleaned soon enough and has dried so much that you can not remove it now. Even after all of these quick and efficient resolutions [redacted] was still not satisfied. We did everything within our power and resources to make her happy. The two issues she had were taken care of in a prompt and professional manner. Since we have been made aware of her complaint Mr[redacted] has called and stopped by [redacted] residence again. He told her that we will come out one last time to try and clean off the sealer. As well as put sealer on the rubber lip of her garage door. Thank you for your time and let me know by phone if you have any other questions or need any more information. I ask that you contact us by phone because I was informed yesterday that you tried to contact us by email. We never received said email, and I do not wish to miss anything else going forward. Thank you for your time, and have a great rest of your day. We will go back one more time to seal her concrete   [redacted] Pagni's Sealcoating [redacted]
