I am rejecting this response becauset well first off I have an email that is checked several times per day and it's my email and no one else's so I don't know where you get your information from.My son told him that it was the front windows not single panes that is ridiculous No ever said you don't work on mobile homes and I spoke with Judy and Leslie times per my phone logsDoing me a favor huh I don't think so you company has cost me a lot of time and effort for no reason other than your irresponsible. My son isn't a kidHe's and a college graduate with honors so your people need to clearly listen more. I am left with half done windows and replace tape still labeling them as you requested I wish you had been respectful in dealing with me like your trying g here but I was yelled at on the phone and threatened Very sad day for me hiring Anderson Glass.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a comment, customer service is something we are very passionate about. I tried to call and email you but since you are living at the moment out of the country, I was not able to get a hold of you. When customers call in for a phone quote
most of them have no idea what they are asking for, while we ask plenty of questions to figure out if we are talking about the same thing we still ask that you mark the window to be sure we measure the correct one.When Sean my senior residential tech came out to your mobile home to measure the windows that we asked you to mark, which is a standard request we make for all customers with window issues Two insulated units were marked, your son was home and walked Sean around your mobile home. Your son pointed out the two marked units. Many of your windows are fogged, and it is not unusual for many homeowners to only mark what they consider to be the worst for repair, leaving other fogged units in the same window alone Off of your sons and Sean’s findings we ordered two new insulated units to replace your fogged glassWe rarely work on mobile homes but since you seemed in such a bind we made an exception. When we hear that someone will be getting evicted because their windows weren’t repaired by a certain deadline date we do everything in our power to help out. Which leads me to your comment “they sent a worker out who barely spoke English and then he broke the glass that was to be of the replacement pieces” about my very awesome installer Daniel from Guam. Mobile home window frames are very thin and not as sturdy as a home built of wood so while Daniel was trying to get your new glass in without damaging your frame he in turn broke the insulated glass unit.We offered to personally call your property manager, to ease the situation, but was told that it was “your personal business” and felt the message I sent you would be enoughThrough many of your overseas calls, we always let you know what was happening and reminded you that we would be working around other scheduled appointments to get it finished. We ordered a new insulated unit and it was installed June We would have done it sooner and did try, but your son and daughter were not available to be onsite for the install. On one of our attempts to get your window finished we were told your son had to be home as you have a dog that would bite. The window locking was never pointed out to Sean by your son on our first visit to your mobile home I’m sorry for the confusion but we had little contact with youYou do not have a phone, or email that is your ownAll contact was through your children, or from you calling telling us “this needs to be quick as I am calling from overseas”.The conversation you had with us on Monday June over the phone via another overseas call was confrontational to say the leastYou mentioned you had another quote to fix the other (2) insulated unitsWe suggested that you go with them for the repairs, as you were already upset with Anderson GlassFrom that point on the remarks and emails made were just plain offensive and threatening in natureYour input, and the feedback from all of our customers is vitally important to us and we always want customers’ expectations to be met when we complete a job.
