The customer has been tried to help to the point where I dont know what else to doI cannot refund the money because all of our policies for transportation of goods is clearly stated on the receipt that they received upon purchaseThe mattress manufacturer issues me a credit for the mattress because that is what was submitted the mattress onlyAlso the mattress manufacturer does not give us extra credit for man hours or transportation feesWe have honestly did the best we canAnd am super sorry that she is unsatisfied we have honestly did the best we couldAs far as the removal of the old mattress, we are in the worst bed bug outbreak this county has seen I have a business to protect and we cannot bring mattress that people have slept in for two years into a warehouse that hold over a hundred new mattresses its a classic case of cross contamination, and a risk that we cannot take The extra $to remove the old mattress is just for gas and what the dump charges us to take mattressSo we would not make a single dollar off that but will still offered to customerTime and goods cost money and I am not sure how she cannot understand that

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: So it is really his word against ours If it all boils down I would really appreciate him complying with what he had said to us about the transfer fee that included removing the old mattress That is my biggest problem Not doing what he originally said of removing the mattress[redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

In all accordance if the whole $fee was paid instead of just $there would have been money available to pay for man hours and transportation to dump to dispose of mattressIt took the customer almost two months to decide to pay a fee at all to get it delivered and was just paid $to bring product out to houseSorry that the customer is still unhappy

I am rejecting this response because: About the removal of the old mattress he told us after we had decided which one we were going to exchange with that there was a transfer fee which this was never mentioned before when we first had them come out to check for warranty They started out at $ Which he explained that the transfer fee was to remove the old one and bring out the new one Because if we brought in the old one we would be taking a chance of messing it up that the warranty would not be valid Then he said I think the guy who delivers for us can do it for $ Then when I called again he said $and I said how about $he said I think we can work with you on that And who ended up delivering it he himself with someone else And he kept on pushing that we are a business have to make money some how And why does my bed still make noises when I got a new mattress?

Sorry that the customer is unhappyAll of our policies are clearly stated on the invoiceI have tried dropping prices from the $for the full service to $personally, at this point I believe that we have done everything that we can to ensure the customers happinessI am not refunding money or doing anything else if they have any other problems they can contact the manufacturer

this is *** *** as I have mentioned I went and bought a mattress and box springs *** is the lady’s name they deliever the wrong one twice then I told her to cancel it she said she could not so she took me over to look at an adjustable bed lay down on this ok it was nice I asked this is what
you are sending me she said yes they delievered it it was not the one I said I would take so Feb 14, I went over there and she was gone and everything in the store was gone doors lockedI saw a man I knocked on the door he came said she was gone and that they had purchased the building they said she went to *** *** and was opening up another store there down from Walmart I can’t find a number for her but I did find out her name is *** ***I can’t sleep in this bed at all no way I am sleeping in my daughters room

because that is what was submitted the mattress only. Also the mattress manufacturer does not give us extra credit for man hours or transportation fees. We have honestly did the best we can.
