First I would like to say that it is our procedure to charge a [redacted] diagnosis fee. We explain this over the phone before going to...
any customers home. It is not our procedure that the homeowner get their own part due to warranty. Any part ordered by our company is under warranty. The customer took it upon himself to order his own part. I admit there were some communication issues with the homeowner. We did make contact on 6-6-17 to set time for repair on 6-7-17, at a cost that we agreed upon. After arriving at the customers home I found that the homeowner ordered the wrong part. I advised the homeowner that he purchased the wrong part and again offered to get the correct part. The customer said that he would talk to the supplier that he got the part from. At this point (X-XX-XXXX) I have not heard from homeowner.
