I am rejecting this response because: it is a bold face lie!I don't care about the previous damage as I have never complained beforeI am fully aware the this company bought out the previous ownerHowever, none of that changes the fact that this company caused the damage which resulted in the death of my dogThe driver hooked the fence, continued to put power to the mower until the fence ripped out, (we have pictures of the fence with the red paint from the mower clearly showing)The fence was not ripped before he mowed, it was however, ripped after he was doneHad he been professional enough to come to my door to alert me to the damage to the fence, or had he simply stopped his machine before the damage occurred, my dog would not have died in such a horrible way! This company is completely responsible for the hole in my fence which resulted in the dog's deathI had hoped to avoid legal action, but with this company accepting no responsibility, I fear I may be forced into itWhat if a child had crawled out this hole instead of a dog? I do not accept this response & I can make the pictures of the fence available to you should you be interested in seeing them

I am writing in response to your letter dated September 29, regarding a complaint received by the Revdex.com.On 9/19/I received an email from a customer (*** *** *** ***) stating a neighbor adjacent to their property, *** ***, had contacted him concerning a hole in her fence
that was caused on Thursday 9/14, allegedly by my mowing equipment, resulting in her dog getting out of the yard and drowning in a neighbor’s poolShe also stated in the email that, “this has been ongoing for years.”I responded back to my customer immediately and informed him that neither my employee nor I had been on his property on 9/I had however been there personally the day after, 9/15, and could unequivocally state that no mowing equipment came into contact with her fence nor caused any damage to itI also discussed the matter with my employees who had no knowledge of contacting or damaging the fence in question.Please note that this is the Þrst summer I have been in business providing lawn servicesThe complainant’s comment that “this has been ongoing for years” is clearly aimed at someone else and not Anderson Heeb LLCMs*** writes, "...he hooked my chain link fenceHe pulled until the fence pulled straight outHe did not stop..." but then goes on to state that she let her dog out and he went out the hole that she didn't know was thereThis in incongruous.I emailed *** *** on 9/21/expressing my condolences for her lost petI also confirmed that our equipment had not come into contact with any of the fencing along the perimeter of the church property and repeated my condolences.Anderson Heeb LLC prides itself on our exceptional service and quality customer careWe would certainly take steps to ameliorate or correct any problems that may occur while conducting business.Sincerely yours,*** Heeb
