I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
We are selling our house. We called AHP to fix the sink on the master bathroom as well as the stationary tub leak. They did a great job on the bathroom sink. I had the water turned off under the sink so it would not leak. When the plumber looked at the stationary tub he turned the water on and determined it was the faucet. He could not fix it because he did not have a faucet with him. He told my wife he could come back on Monday. 
 
After many hours, I get a call from my wife telling me she just got home and there is water leaking out the front of the house as well as into the kitchen. She stated the laundry room was flooded. She didn't know what to do. I walked her through how to turn the water off under the sink and she was able to stop the leak. 
 
The plumber did not turn the water off under the sink after he made his assessment. My wife (who didn't know how to turn the water on or off) would not turn the water on after the plumber turned it off knowing the faucet was not fixed. 
 
It was the plumbers mistake, which we are fine with because everybody makes mistakes. However, they were not willing to work with us on a resolution. That's all we wanted.

In response to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint, Mr. [redacted], one of the principal owners of Anderson Hills Plumbing, went to Mr. [redacted]'s house to follow up on his concerns and access the problem. When he got there, Mrs. [redacted] told him that she had turned the valve off. Mr. [redacted] found that the valve was not...

turned off. She had turned it on, thinking that it was then in the off position. Mr. [redacted] then turned the valve off again.
Mr [redacted] looked at the water damage on the ceiling and noticed that there were several amature patch jobs from previous water damage especially around the ceiling light that looked like it had been painted over without proper patch.
Our initial plumbing call was to check leaking second floor lavatory sink. We informed Mrs. [redacted] that she needed to replace the faucet and Mrs. [redacted] stated that her husband would look at it and replace himself. Our plumber left their house with the valve in the off position.
