In response to Mr***'s complaint, Mr [redacted] , one of the principal owners of Anderson Hills Plumbing, went to Mr***'s house to follow up on his concerns and access the problemWhen he got there, Mrs [redacted] told him that she had turned the valve offMr [redacted] found that the valve was not turned offShe had turned it on, thinking that it was then in the off positionMr [redacted] then turned the valve off again Mr [redacted] looked at the water damage on the ceiling and noticed that there were several amature patch jobs from previous water damage especially around the ceiling light that looked like it had been painted over without proper patch Our initial plumbing call was to check leaking second floor lavatory sinkWe informed Mrs [redacted] that she needed to replace the faucet and Mrs [redacted] stated that her husband would look at it and replace himselfOur plumber left their house with the valve in the off position Thank you Anderson Hills Plumbing [redacted]
