Mr*** had purchased the vehicle from us as isHe was given paperwork explaining the terms of the sale before buying the vehicle and also signed a used vehicle buyers guide stating that the vehicle was being sold as is and that the buyer
would be responsible for all costs for any repairs

My reason for this complaint is that I believe that Anderson Koch had to be aware of the vehicles need for a transmission,how can a dealer in good faith sell a car knowing that it needs thousands in repairs?? I believe I was unfairly taken advantage of, remember I wasn't allowed to drive the car before I purchased itI did realize the car was "as is" but this sale smells, doesn't Anderson Koch have any sense of fairness, what is the right, moral thing to doI'm a retired guy on a budgetIs there no concern for your customer anymore?? Show some class
