Anderson Lock & Safe

I was on church parking lot on Sunday Oct. 15, 20 miles away from home in Tempe, when I locked myself out of my car where my cell phone & road service info was. A priest called Anderson Lock & Safe, a near by company and they responded right away. Shannon opened my car door and I could not pay $88.50 since I left my credit card @ home. He took my car keys and after confirming with his business owner, he threatened to lock my keys back in my car unless I paid him. I pleaded with him and promised that I'd pay him as soon as I got home. No way! I finally, called my son, who settled the account. I feel, that the driver should have used better judgement and took note of the circumstances and my advanced age. Here I was, out of town, church parking lot, dressed in my Sunday best and age 83 and Shannon and owner, whom he consulted on the phone, both misjudged me and treated me like a criminal who was about to cheat them out of $88.50.

I had a Problem. I had lost My Key to My Vehicle and this was a special kind of Key. I called around to various places for help but was told various things that would have cost me a lot of time and money. I called Anderson Lock and they immediately knew what to do and did it in five minutes making me a brand new Key. The cost of the New Key and the Service was so low I was stunned. But what really impressed me was their Customer Service. Everyone there was polite and professional. I highly recommend this Business they are one of the best and they know their Craft.
