This was the third season for the complaintant, on the Registration Form it states there are NO REFUNDS, on the website (***) it states there are NO REFUNDS and in the office where you stand to register it states NO
REFUNDS When a consumer rents a site for a season they are made aware that if they pull their trailer out for any reason the site remains empty until they put their trailer back there or until the end of the season For that reason the site was left empty in the event the complaintant wanted to place their trailer there again
Once a deposit is paid on a season site, the consumer does have an option to not take that site prior to April when the remainder of the seasonal money is due Once the total amount has been paid for the site, there are NO REFUNDS
Internet is provided at the campground and people are made aware that the closer you are to the office the better the internet signal

Had the terms of "No Refunds" had been in place, return the amount of $*** would not have been promised *** We also have emails that *** said she would return the money We waited patiently as their season was slow, and thought that she needed time to get the money together
