The arm on the awning is bent It has been bent since early May It is covered under warranty We purchased our travel trailer in March In early May, the motor arm of the awning bent I have contacted the service department on numerous occasions regarding this There has been little to no contact back They keep telling us that it will be fixed, just waiting for "the part" It is now the end of August Still is not taken care of This awning is under warranty We also purchased the extra protection so this type of thing would not be a problem Any contact is done on our part I feel that months is an extremely long time to be patient to get a warranty item taken care of

Travel Trailer serviced and it has been a very unpleasant experience since pick up
Our *** was serviced for an insurance claim from Terrytown We went there because it is where we purchased it from and have had great experience At pick-up, we were denied using our CC to pay our bill because they have a "cap" of only $and the fees they would occur they try to avoid I was merely trying to take advantage of my CC deals I admit Seems selfish of a business that is making money Once we settled this, no one came out to help us to do a walk through We found our *** not even locked in place and the awning part requested to be kept not inside our trailerI asked where it was since I requested it to be saved only to hearThe repair man asked, "why would she want that?" I returned a second time to the office because no one thought maybe we would need a charged battery to get our trailer (which has sat a week on their lot) on our hitch

Purchased an RV they intentionally concealed and did not disclose major water damage to the unit We returned the unit on April 20, and were assured the loan would not be processed They fraudulently processed the loan a week later and sent us the temp tag and TITLE on an RV we had already returned

I pay a $deposit on a RV subject to finance, they never sent me a receipt that I asked for, I ended up not getting approved for the finance and requested a refund from the sales rep, he was away and arranged Michael V*** Sales and Business Manager to send me my refund back onto my credit card and send me a refund slip, this never happened, I contacted the rep multipul times and he said it was getting done, I sent multipul emails to this Michael V*** Sales and Business Manager and never got a reply, I have had to now file a charge back on my credit card and get issued a new card through this very unprofessionl business

TerryTown RV Supercenter had knowingly concealed information of damages to a travel trailer that had been sold to myself
I had purchased a used Jayco travel trailer on September 8th from TerryTown RV supercenter of Grand Rapids MIWhen speaking with the sales representative *** ***, we had gone over the fact that I had no experience with Travel trailers or RV's and I was not sure what to look for or expect, *** had assured me that he would go over all aspects with meAs *** and myself were looking over the trailer that I had eventually purchased, I had noticed a "softer" spot on the floor near the bedroom door and had asked him about it*** stated to me that those kind of soft spots are caused from "overweight occupancies" and was nothing to worry aboutI recently ( Monday March 19th 2018) discovered that the soft spots were rotten from water damages that had been occurring since previous to my ownership and there is evidence of temporary repairs to the wat

We were promised warrantied repairs on a new camper and they have refused to honor those written issues
I purchased a Livin' Lite' camper from Terrytown Travel in Grand Rapids on August 7th of last yearThe camper came off the showroom floor (it being their only all-aluminum model) with several defects.We went through the unit on August 6th, recorded the damages in writing, and had the guarantee in writing/verbally that all the issues would be covered via warrantWe made it very clear these issue would have to be resolved prior to purchase and they agreedI have all the documentation

We would give Terry Town a zero star rating if we were able We purchased a pretty expensive new fifth wheel from Terry Town mostly based on the good price It was not worth the savings Once we arrived at Terry Town from Pennsylvania to pick up our new camper it was downhill from there It was very clear the dealership had way overbooked deliveries and that there main concern was making a quick sale We were promised a leave time of no later than 1:due to the distance we were coming from Not only did this not happen but at o'clock at night we still had no idea when they would be finished and the grand finale was our truck bed having extra sets of holes drilled in it where they made many mistakes installing our hitch!!!! My husband walked into the garage to see what was taking so long and noticed them installing the hitch incorrectly When he told them it wasn't correct they issued him out and told him it was a violation to be in the garage area Hours later they came out to say it was done when he noticed the holes all over the bed of our newer diesel truck If he wouldn't have said anything they would have easily let us go home with no remorse and no corrections offered I asked repeatedly to speak to the owner of the company and was told he wasn't there and they don't notify him of these issues that I had to talk to my sales rep I have many texts on my phone of the sales rep obviously frustrated of the situation as well and even began being nasty with me questioning what was going on He said he wasn't responsible for everything there that happens although when I asked him to please pass me on to whoever was in charge I was denied that as well The dealership was sent a repair bill for our truck but we NEVER received an apology or contact of any kind offering apologies or asking how they could make things right with our messed up situation We also found out the hitch they installed was not in our bed square and most of the bolts were loose when we pulled into our driveway from their install job Not even a courtesy call afterward to see how we had made out Do NOT read the reviews on their website as I believe they pick and choose what they allow to be seen If you search on the internet you will see their reviews aren't so glowing and there are many others that have had the same awful experience we had While we waited from am to way beyond their closing time the waiting room had been filled with many other disgruntled customers as well
I would NEVER purchase from this dealership again The funny thing about this was that my husband took a friend out with him to purchase from them as well because the price seemed very fair We travel in the summer with a group of 50+ people and after this experience not one of them would recommend or consider this dealership as well as they lost the business of the friend that rode along to purchase
Don't skimp and save the little you will save from them Buy from a reputable dealer with better reviews, better business practices and best of all a dealership that cares about their reputation
