I purchased heat exchangers from this company. One of them have a leak based on a manufacturing defect. Company refused to replace stating "we are out of stock and will not have stock for at least a month". Company asked if it was possible for us to repair the heat exchanger and they would pay for the cost. I sent to them all of the documentation they requested including photos of the leak and they have continuously stated "oh, we will have to check into this and get back with you" but they have never made any attempt to contact us. We always have had to call and get the "we don't know what you are talking about" and there has been zero attempt to resolve this issue.

This business establishment took my payment and then wasn't able to complete my order. Then the owner decided that I need to take a partial order. I told him that if he couldn't complet the entire order that I wasn't going to place a order. He took my credit card three weeks earlier to place my order and then emailed my letting me know he coulnt complete my order then charged me a stocking fee of $200. He couldn't place my order and still charged me??? I called a competeting business and they told me this guy does this to many customers. His prices are great, but beware that he will rob you if he can!!! He doesn't care about anything but making money even if he needs to steal it from you!

Review: I paid over 9000 dollars for this out side wood stove they sent me four heat exchanger but nothing to hook any of it up with I had one heat exchanger they for got to send I did not know it until my son came over I am disable and I told the man I was talking to that so I need every thing to hook it up with he did not send one thing to hook up any of the heat exchanger so I called him up and know he said he did not say that .that the rest of parts I had to find for my self so I look just for hooking up my hot water it cost me another 500 dollars he called me a lierhe called me on phone made a lot of promises and when he got my money I got nothing he all so told me he would send me instruction on how to hook every thing up and if you go by what he sent me he did not even come close on sending me what I needed I can not get a round very good so I can not check every thing but his last words was he said he does not send every thing that you have to go out on your own and get a lot of stuff for your self so he lied to me from the get go there is another out side stove place 15 miles from me but I was told they could do better and I would get every thing to get me up and runningDesired Settlement: they should do what they promised and send every thing they told me they would they told me I would get every thing toget it hook up and send planes show how to hook every thing up but what they sent me wont work do not have the right stuff
