Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] the response doesn't make grammatical or common senseHe is saying that he is aware of people calling the sales office and leaving voicemails but he's claiming I didn't call and that he doesn't know that I did and left voicemails so which one is it? more importantly at the end of his response he says he will call me on Thursday it is now Saturday and I have received no call or voicemailagain my number is [redacted] just want the door corrected don't see why his is taking months

We would not recommend this company at allHad issues since day with a half finished installSpoke several times with the owner Christine who said her and her husband would come out personally if their techs did not finish yet everyday we got an excuseSpoke with the salesman Chris at least plus times and have all calls documented as well as texts that they sent saying someone would be out but never showed etcNo follow throughInitial installer and second installer we have been told was "FIRED"But that does not solve our issuesWe have been waiting weeks now for the job to be completedEvery excuse in the book was used so we have no choice but to file this complaintWe paid in full, which we realize never ever do when the work not completed but we were promised someone would be back the next amLesson learned but this company is not trustworthy at allWe have everything documented if further info is neededWe wasted several days being home early waiting for someone to show up and never doing soOut time is valuable tooWe plan to follow up with the attorney general as well and the news stations if we are not compensated for the missed commitments as well as half finished and sloppy work

He never call my office costumers have been calling there sale guy and not me in office I'm sorry but he never left a message to me I will give him a call to day thank you
